According to Law 4452/15-02-2017 (Official Gazette Α17/2017), article 31, paragraph 3, undergraduate and postgraduate students and PhD candidates that do not have health insurance of their own are entitled to full medical and hospital care within the Greek National Health System with the expenses covered by the Greek National Health Services Provider, according to article 33 of Law 4368/2016 (Official Gazette A83/2016), by way of their Greek Social Security Number (Α.Μ.Κ.Α.)
