The application with all the required supporting documents must be sent exclusively to the Department of Studies to the following address:
OF THESSALONIKI
DEPARTMENT OF STUDIES
UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
541 24 THESSALONIKI
HELLAS
In cases of emergency, e.g. meeting the deadline, the application may be sent via fax or e-mail, but documents must be sent via standard mail in order to check their authenticity.
In any case the application must be sent until February 28th and there is no extension to this deadline. Post office stamp or email/fax date substantiates sending date. Date of receiving the application file does not count towards the deadline.
If in a case of emergency or distance from locus of main studies you are unable to send in your documents with your application, you are allowed a 15-day margin to complete your file. Beyond this point, any application received, even within the deadline, is considered incomplete and is automatically disregarded.
Applications may be sent each new academic year from October onwards, as long as the program is running (availability of funds). Unsuccessful candidates of past years are also welcome to apply again provided that they send in an application and supporting documents anew within the given deadline.
Applications of past academic years are not considered, even from successful candidates who have either withdrawn or had not made use of the scholarship.
Sending an application without the supporting documents as well as sending the documents without an application does not make a complete candidate file. As such, both are disregarded.
Documents submitted once are not considered in the occasion of subsequent applications.
Each new application must be supplemented with a complete set of supporting documents.
